Copyright and Redistribution

I believe in the free and open web. Value added premium sites serve their purpose, but I’m not into that, and if I were I would still believe that my online content should have free reign though open sharing and redistribution. It is through open sharing and redistribution that my content becomes widely spread and enjoyed, enhancing my own online well-being.

All of the content I produce and make available on my site is available for copying and pasting, sharing and emailing as long as it is not for commercial gain, you provide proper attribution (Chad Leigh Kluck, [site name], [link if applicable]), and you allow others to do the same. This is considered the Creative Commons Attribution, Noncommercial, Share-Alike license.

Attribution — You must attribute the work in the manner specified by the author or licensor (but not in any way that suggests that they endorse you or your use of the work).

Noncommercial — You may not use this work for commercial purposes.

Share Alike — If you alter, transform, or build upon this work, you may distribute the resulting work only under the same or similar license to this one.

You can get the full legal code from the Creative Commons web site.

Please note that if I used other content with permission (photos, embeded videos, etc), I may not have rights to grant reuse of that content. I try to include rights information with any additional content I use.
